Il giro è molto bello perché è quasi tutto sterrato, tranne il tratto finale di raccordo per tornare al punto precedente. Da Vergato bisogna prendere la provinciale per Grizzana Morandi. Passato il ponte sul Reno, passato il passaggio a livello, dopo 100 metri girare a destra per località Quaderna. Dopo 700 metri circa, girare a sinistra dove inizia lo sterrato con indicazione Rabatta. Lo sterrato termina di nuovo sulla provinciale, girare a destra su asfalto per qualche centinaio di metri. Dopo una breve discesa, abbandonare la provinciale e girare a sinistra ad un bivio segnalato dal cartello "agriturismo dell'orso".Al bivio sono presenti 3 strade, percorrere quella a destra in discesa. Di qui in poi è importante seguire bene il gps, ad ogni modo bisogna oltrepassare una strada chiusa con catena ma comunque accessibile al transito. Si arriva sul crinale che a poco a poco porta alla vetta del Monte Salvaro a 800 metri d'altezza. Segue bella discesa su sterrato fino a Montumiano dove la strada diventa asfaltata. Percorrere la strada comunale che tocca la chiesa di Salvaro, Malvina, Sereni fino a tornare a Vergato. Il primo tratto è piuttosto esposto al sole...quindi fare il giro quando non è troppo caldo, infatti si parte alla quota di 200 metri s.l.m. Viceversa la seconda metà di salità è sottobosco, quindi è consigliato fare questo giro quando il terreno è asciutto. Dunque, mesi migliori: maggio e settembre. Raggiungere vergato in treno o con la statale SS64. Parcheggiare preferibilmente di fronte al benzinaio Vico Zappoli dove c'è un parcheggio comodo in corrispondenza dell'inizio della strada provinciale per Grizzana. Comunque va bene qualsiasi parcheggio a Vergato.

Take the road that reaches the church of Salvaro, Malvina, Sereni until you return to Vergato.
