Si parte dal parcheggio del quadrivio di Opicina lungo la strada per imboccare subito lo sterrato per Banne, e successiva ciclabile di Trebiciano per poi abbandonarla sempre con sterrato fino ad attraversare la strada di Fernetti per continuare lo sterrato oltre una recinzione. Seguento il sentiero si esce sulla strada che porta a Col (dove sulla destra si troverà una fontanella con l'acqua) da qui si gira a sx raggiungendo la suggestiva strada dei poeti e ritrovando uno sterrato in discesa (fare attenzione) per poi abbandonarlo per prendere un sentiero poco visibile che ci porterà a salire su un sentiero (impegnativo caua il fondo smosso) giungeremo nei pressi di Monrupino e tenendoci a dx imboccheremo una stradina asfaltata fino allo sterrato che ci porterà a salire fino la cima (il fondo è molto sconnesso) ma la metà ripagherà lo sforzo. La discesa molto divertente che ci porterà attraverso Rupinpiccolo fino alla zona commerciale ex mobili Lanza e successivamente Borgo Grotta Gigante, attraverso dei sentieri raggiungeremo Villa Opicina e successivamente il parcheggio di partenza.- Parcheggio del quadrivio di Opicina
