Breve ma divertente itinerario con facile ascesa su strada sterrata e discesa con alcuni tratti impegnativi su sentiero. Si parcheggia auto lungo la strada che porta a Montereale Valcellina (a sinistra diversi spiazzi). In direzione opposta si pedala verso Maniagolibero. In prossimità della Chiesa si prende a salire la strada asfaltata che porta alla cima del monte Jouf. Dopo alcuni tornanti la salita ha termine e si percorre un breve tratto in discesa. Ad un primo incrocio si segue a sinistra in piano. Si giunge in località Val Piccola dove nuovamente si prende a salisre a sinistra la strada sterrata. Recentemente sistemata l'ampia carrareccia attraverso lunghi tornanti sale fino a giungere ad una casera (posta sulla sinistra). Si gode di uno stupendo panorama sulla sottostante valle del Meduna-Cellina e sulla pianura friulana. Sotto la casera si vede il sentiero che seguiremo per la discesa. Inizialmente si percorrono lunghi traversi (facili). Sucessivamente il sentiero si immerge nel bosco dove si affrontano alcuni tratti impegnativi. Giunti su una sterrata la si segue in leggera salita per poi scendere sulla strada dove si ha parcheggiato l'auto. Difficoltà single trail S1/S2. Buon divertimento

Short but fun route with easy ascent and descent on a dirt road with some challenging sections of trail. You park your car along the road that leads to Montereale (left several clearings). In the opposite direction you are pedaling towards Maniagolibero. In the vicinity of the Church takes to climb the paved road that leads to the summit of Mount Jouf. After a few turns the climb is over and there is a short downhill section. At the first intersection continue left in the plan. It comes in Val Piccola where again we take a salisre left the dirt road. Recently improved the wide dirt track through long bends rises to reach a casera (on the left). You can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the valley below-Cellina and Meduna on the plain of Friuli. Under the casera you see the path that we will follow for the descent. Initially you travel long beams (easy). Sucessivamente the trail plunges into the woods where they face some challenging sections. Once on a dirt road, follow it uphill and then down the road where you parked your car. Difficulty single trail S1 / S2. Have fun
