Ecco il mio primo percorso, che si snoda su una decina di km, metà su sentieri, e metà su asfalto, ma su strade a bassissimo traffico.
Il percorso comincia ad Arogno, presso la stazione di servizio Agip, dove eventualmente un ampio posteggio da la possibilità di lasciare l'auto.
La prima parte scende verso il nucleo del paese di Arogno, si attraversa il nucleo, e poi si procede perso Pugerna.
Ad una chiesetta di svolta a sinistra, imboccando lo sterrato. Tutta la parte nel bosco, sui sentieri é tecnicamente molto difficile per le mie capacità. Molti passaggi esposti, ponticelli, sassi disseminati sul sentiero. Una buona metà lo fatta spingendo la bici. Penso che per chi é più esperto e capace di me é un attraversamento molto impegnativo, quindi divertente.
A tratti il sentiero é scorrevole, specialmente verso la fine.
A Pugerna, é possibile procedere fino a Caprino, ed alle cantine di Gandria, su percorso panoramico e quasi pianeggiante.
Il ritorno é su strada asfaltata, discretamente ripida. A parte un breve passaggio su un sentiero che porta ad uscire all'altezza della chiesa, aggirando il nucleo di Arogno. Dall'Italia, si procede da Lanzo d'Intelvi verso la Svizzera, Arogno é il primo villaggio che si incontra.

Here is my first route, which runs on a dozen miles, half on trails and half on asphalt, but on roads with very low traffic.
