E' il concatenamento delle note discese dell'Appennino Perduto: Piandelloro, Agore, Monte Vicito e Cocoscia.
L'itinerario è duro e sostenuto per la lunghezza e per le difficoltà tecniche delle ultime discese da affrontare con un pò di stanchezza alle gambe.....
Sempre bello il panorama, grazie anche alla giornata estiva che questo Aprile ha regalato a me e al compare Monster74.
Unico neo della traccia di oggi è la seconda parte della discesa finale dal monte Vicito, che si è "tristemente conclusa su uno stradone di boscaioli invece che sul sentiero (x nostra disattenzione).
Per ogni dettaglio c'è da rifarsi alle relazioni di rpapero, sommo tracciatore dei luoghi a cui dobbiamo tributare gli onori più alti per averceli fatti scoprire...grazie!!! superstrada Ascoli Roma, uscita Santa Maria o Centrale

The route is hard and sustained for the length and the technical difficulties of the last descents to deal with a bit of fatigue in the Always nice legs .....

only drawback of the track today is the second part of the final descent from the mountain Vicito , which is "sadly ended on a high road of lumberjacks instead of the path (x our carelessness).
