Un itinerario impegnativo sia nella salita che nella discesa.
Si parte da San Severino Marche e si sale fino al rif. Manfrica.
Da qui si prende un sentiero che con un lungo saliscendi gira il Monte di Crispiero fino ad arrivare al versante opposto.
Il sentiero è molto bello ed è quasi interamente coperto da una selvaggia vegetazione.
Da Crispiero si imbocca un impegnativo sentiero (a tratti ripido e su fondo sassoso) che scende a fondo valle. Molto belli sono gli scorci sulla valle del Potenza e sull'appennino matelicese.
L'anello si chiude con qualche km imbrecciato e pianeggiante lungo il fiume.

A challenging route is in ascent and descent.
From San Severino Marche and climb up to the ref. Manfrica.
From here we take a path that runs up and down along with the Monte di Crispiero until you get to the other side.
The trail is very nice and is almost entirely covered by wild vegetation.
From Crispiero you take a challenging trail (sometimes steep and stony bottom) that descends to the valley floor. Very beautiful are the views of the Potenza Valley and the Apennines Matelica.
The ring is closed with a few km imbrecciato and flat along the river.
