Km 26 – dislivello 680 m.
L'itinerario parte dal piazzale di Casa Rossa, dopo qualche centinaio di metri raggiunge il valico pedonale del Rafut e da qui si svolge interamente in territorio sloveno.
Raggiungeremo così la stazione della Transalpina e successivamente il paese di Salcan.
Oltrepassato il paese, al semaforo proseguiamo diritti in salita verso Lokve per un paio di km, e dopo 7 km dalla partenza all'altezza di un tornante lasciamo la strada asfaltata per inoltrarci in un bel singletrack, a volte tecnico, che praticheremo sia all'andata in salita che al ritorno in discesa. Giunti sulla carrareccia svoltiamo a dx e dopo qualche centinaio di metri all'altezza di un quadrivio proseguiamo sempre in salita verso Vodice che raggiungeremo dopo un paio di km (circa 12 dalla partenza). Dal monumento ai caduti si potrà godere di una bella veduta sulla valle dell'Isonzo e sul santuario di Montesanto (Sveta Gora).
Il ritorno a parte un piccolo anello che ci riporterà al quadrivio si effettua per la medesima strada.

The route starts from the square of the Red House, after a few hundred meters reaches the crossing pedestrian Rafut and from there takes place entirely in the territory of Slovenia.
So will reach the Transalpine train and then the country Salcan.
passed the town, at the traffic lights continue straight uphill to Lokvarsko for a couple of km, and after 7 km from the start at a hairpin bend we leave the paved road to send us in a nice singletrack, sometimes technical, that will practice both outward uphill on the way back down. Once on the dirt track turn right and after a few hundred meters at a crossroads we continue uphill to reach Vodice that after a couple of km (about 12 from the start). From the memorial you will enjoy a beautiful view over the valley of the Isonzo and the sanctuary of Montesanto (Sveta Gora).
The return except for a small loop that will take us back to the crossroads is made for the same road.
