si parte da la spezia, si prosegue direzione biassa, poi monte parodi fino alle antenne. qui finisce la salita e la strada asfaltata andrà in discesa. da li ci sarà uno stacco a sinistra, sentiero n°1.
da qui si prosegue fino ad arrivare a levanto.
facendo attenzione ai vari stacchi che scenderanno x ogni paese delle 5 terre (a sinistra durante il sentiero) e invece gli stacchi di destra scenderanno x località pignone e via dicendo...! si parte da la spezia, si prosegue direzione biassa, poi monte parodi fino alle antenne. qui finisce la salita e la strada asfaltata andrà in discesa. da li ci sarà uno stacco a sinistra, sentiero n°1.
da qui si prosegue fino ad arrivare a levanto.
facendo attenzione ai vari stacchi che scenderanno x ogni paese delle 5 terre (a sinistra durante il sentiero) e invece gli stacchi di destra scenderanno x località pignone e via dicendo...!
