Impegnativa escursione da Pergine Valsugana (480m) a Cima Dosso Costalta (1955m).
1. Lasciato l'abitato di Pergine si comincia la salita verso l'Altopiano di Pinè,
2. Si passa il paese di SERSO, dopo due tornanti passata la bella chiesetta, c'è un capitello e si gira a sx.
3. attraverso la strada Austriaca si arriva alla frazione di FAIDA.
4. si continua nel piano e raggiunta la località FOVI dove c'è lo stadio ICE RINK si imbocca la strada che in maniera progressiva si riduce a strada forestale e dalla località CASARA, diventa un sigle track molto tecnico, dove inevitabilmente in alcune centinaia di metri si deve spingere. Sulla cima di COSTALTA la visuale a 360° è a dir poco strepitosa. Attenzione che la cima pur non essendo particolarmente alta presenta una ventosità che in alcuni periodi è da non sottovalutare.
La discesa avviene verso la Valle dei Mocheni (BERSNTOL) L'inizio è su un sigle track su prati, poi la vegetazione aumenta e anche il sentiero si trasforma in forestale e poi strada asfaltata. Al paese di Palù del Fersina si imbocca la strada-cilabile di fondovalle lungo il torrente fersina per una discesa mozzafiato fino a Pergine Valsugana. L'alternativa è: al Passo Redebus anzichè andare verso la Valle dei Mocheni ritornare sull'altopiano di Pinè costeggiando i laghi sulla strepitosa strada foestale SX valle.
