Bel giro ad anello con una bella discesa corta ma molto impegnativa e molto tecnica.Partenza da bolzaneto si prende la strada che porta a geminiano,si percorre una salita di 5 km.circa abbastanza pedalabile con alcuni punti un po ripida,si arriva in cima e si trova un piano con un campo di addestramento cani,si prosegue fino ad una cappalletta e si svolta a dx,si percorrono ancora circa 1km. fino ad incontrare una stada sterrata sulla dx,si percorre per circa 300metri e si arriva ad uno spiazzo.Sulla dx parte il sentiero di discesa ,si segue fino in fondo valle fino ad incontrare il fiume che si attraversa e una scaletta che passa a fianco di una casa ci riporta sulla strada asfaltata che abbiamo fatto per salire.di qui si scende di nuovo a bolzaneto
