Percorso creato unendo più anelli della zona del Parco dei Lucretili. Faticoso e abbastanza lungo. Si sale fino a 1200 m di quota.
Si parte da Moricone e si sale per le stradine sterrate poco dopo aver superato il paese in direzione Monteflavio. Arrivati a Monteflavio si costeggia il paese (privo di interesse) e si prende direzione pineta. Dopo una salita su sterrato si arriva all'area Picknick della pineta dotata anche di punti fuoco. Si prosegue sulla stradina che sale e procede in cresta dove si gode il miglior panorama del giro con vista sul Terminillo e fino alla costa romana. Si ridiscende per poi risalire ancora. Si procede nel bosco facendo attenzione al sentiero. In fondo alla valle si attraversa un guado a piedi e si risale sempre a piedi per un centinaio di metri fino a ritrovare la carrareccia. In salita sulla dura carrareccia per poi ridiscendere finalmente fino alla fine dell'itinerario. Attenzione a seguire bene la traccia al punto che ho denominato "A DX 2 POCO VISIBILE".

Da Roma si prende l'A1 fino a Fiano Romano, si esce e si va in direzione Rieti sulla Salaria. Si prende per Passo Corese e si seguono le indicazioni per Moricone. Arrivati al paese di Moricone si percorre fino a trovare il cartello Monteflavio verso sinistra. Subito dopo passati sotto un ponte si può parcheggiare nell'area di sosta a sinistra. Da qui inizia l'itinerario.
