Itinerario a 8 composto da due risalite e altrettante discese, la salita è in comune e percorre la strada asfaltata che porta da Pian di Venola a Tolè. Le discese sono in parte su roccia a gradoni quindi impegnative.
Nei mesi piovosi l'ultimo pezzo dell'itinerario attraversa un calanco e un fiume quindi non lo consiglio

Route 8 consists of two ascents and descents many, the climb is common along the paved road that leads from Pian di Venola to Tole. The descents are part of a stepped rock so challenging.
In the rainy months the last piece of the route crosses a ravine and a river so would not recommend
