il massiccio dell'Esterel, di origine vulcanica, ha nel suo parco, ampio 700 ettari circa, in posizione Riva al mare tra Mandelieu-La Napoule, les Adrets e St Raphaël, una predisposizione quasi unica all'outdoor, con la sua quantità incredibile di percorsi adatti ad ogni fruitore, e la stupenda panoramica che concede sul golfo e le isole di Cannes.
Questo percorso, ha una prima parte su sterrata facile, poi il periplo del Pic de l'Ourse, è un piacevole single track, tutto ciclabile, poi tornati su sterrata, ancora tracciati che regalano immagini da cartolina.
La discesa su San Raphael, ha un breve tratto (taglio della sterrata), decisamente sporco, ma che siamo riusciti a fare.
Giunti sul mare, risaliamo per una sterrata che ci fa riprendere quota senza spaccare le gambe, tutto il giro è privo di ramponi da lingua nei raggi, dopo un traverso e una discesa velocissima, torniamo al punto di partenza.
Privo di difficoltà significative, è un giro abbastanza lungo che si può fare tutto l'anno.
Nella traccia ho volutamente lasciato alcuni "errori" e ritorni, nella speranza di evitarli ad altri, il percorso è stato tratto dal sito francese utagawa, ricco di informazioni e tracce.
uscita autostrada 40-mandelieu, seguire mandelieu-la napoule ed entrare sulla Av de Cannes-D6007, seguire la D6007, fino a Chemin de Maure Vieil

This path has a first side of a dirt easy, then the circumnavigation of the Pic de l'Ourse, is a pleasant single track , the whole path, then back on track, even paths that offer postcard images.
The descent of San Raphael, has a short stretch (cutting the dirt), decidedly dirty, but we were able to do.
Joints sea, we come to a dirt road that makes us take off again without breaking his legs, all the way around is no crampons language in the rays, after a cross and a fast downhill, back to the starting point.
Devoid of significant difficulties , is a ride long enough that you can do throughout the year.
In track I purposely left some "mistakes" and returns, hoping to avoid others, the path has been taken from the French site Utagawa, information-rich and tracks.
