giro corto da 1h e 30' ideale per allenamento invernale .partenza da savona corso ricci presso ipercoop direzione monti, alla fine di corso ricci si prende la strada per il santuario , ma , al primo dosso , ancora in localita lavagnola , deviazione a sinistra per una strada asfaltata che sale subito con pendenze intorno al 15% per un km , presso localita ciantagalletto.
poco prima della societa' sms , svolta a destra e si sale ancora un po' sino a raggiungere una grande croce di cemento , ancora un centinaio di metri di asfalto , e svolta a destra per una sterrata ..... allenante !! pochi tratti di pianura e 4 o 5 rampe brevi . breve tratto di discesa e si raggiunge un grande prato , sulla destra prosegue un sentiero in salita che porta ad una chiesetta . . noi invece andiamo tutta a sinistra sino a raggiungere un caseggiato . si prosegue per un centinaio di metri e bivio , a destra si scende a localita' santuario , la traccia invece va' a sinistra e sale ancora per 300mt sino ad arrivare ad un incrocio, girando a sx si torna a savona , a destra si va a cadibona e se si attraversa l'incrocio , la strada scende dalla stazione di montemoro.

shortly before the company 'sms, turn right and go up some more' until you reach a large concrete cross, yet a hundred yards of asphalt, and turn right onto a dirt road ..... workout! few stretches of plains and 4 or 5 flights short. short descent and reach a large meadow on the right goes on an uphill path that leads to a small church. . but we go all the way to the left until you reach a block. continue for a few hundred meters and the fork to the right you go down to the locality 'sanctuary, the track instead goes' to the left and uphill for 300 meters until you reach a junction, turn left to return to Savona, on the right you go to Cadibona and if you cross the intersection, the road descends from station Montemoro.
