Vacanza a pedali in Corsica.
Pisa - Livorno - Bastia - Agriates - Porto - Ajaccio - Corte - Bastia.
La giornata è di riscaldamento e non può essere considerata parte integrante del viaggio in Corsica. Chi non ha problemi ad essere alle 7:30 al porto di Livorno potrà evitarla. Chi invece come me, preferisce evitare di lasciare la macchina parcheggiata nel parcheggio a pagamento del porto per tutta la durata del viaggio, può adottare la mia stessa soluzione e arrivare un giorno prima pernottando nelle vicinanze. La tappa, che sulla carta è solo un mero trasferimento, può essere arricchita con la visita alla splendida città di Pisa, la città della Torre Pendente. Dopo aver scattato qualche foto e magari fatto uno spuntino, rimangono una ventina di chilometri di pianura per riscaldare gambe e fondoschiena in vista delle salite corse.
Una volta usciti da Piazza dei Miracoli (in direzione delle mura cittadine), non vi resta che imboccare la strada in direzione del mare ma attenzione, la strada che porta a Marina di Pisa è molto trafficata ed ha il limite di 70 km/h. Arrivati sulla costa puntate la vostra bicicletta verso Sud in direzione Calambrone, vi aspetta un lungomare dalla bellezza discutibile fino al campeggio.

Holiday in Corsica pedals.

The day is warm and can not be considered part of the trip in Corsica. Who has not problems to be at 7:30 at the port of Livorno can avoid it. Those who, like me, prefer not to leave the car parked in the parking area of the port for the duration of the trip, take my own solution and arrive a day earlier of charge nearby. The stage, which on paper is only a mere transfer, can be enriched with a visit to the beautiful city of Pisa, the city of the Leaning Tower. After taking some photos and maybe had a snack, there remain a dozen miles of plain to warm up the legs and butt in view of the climbs races.
Once you exit from the Square of Miracles (in the direction of the city walls), there remains who take the road towards the sea but be careful, the road leading to Marina di Pisa is very busy and has a limit of 70 km / h. Once on shore betting your bike south towards Calambrone awaits a promenade by the beauty questionable to the campsite.
