Giro molto panoramico sulla scogliera di Capo Mannu con partenza dall'ingresso di Putzu idu.
Si percorre tutto il lungomare, arrivati a Mandriola si inizia un singol sugli scogli che gradualmente ci porta fino alla torre spagnola di Capo Mannu (1500) poco distante anche l'omonimo faro.
Dopo alcuni km sulla scogliera a picco sul mare inizia una ripida discesa tecnica che ci conduce alla spiaggia di Sa mesa longa.
Ora inizia un tratto pianeggiante, ci dirigiamo verso la rotonda della provinciale che ci porta alle spiagge di Sa marigosa, Sa rocca tunda e Su crastu biancu, da qui la scogliera riprende a salire leggermente fino alla torre ormai semi crollata di Scala 'e sali, ora possiamo ammirare il panorama della spiaggia e pineta di is arenas fino a S'archittu e Santa caterina, sullo sfondo il Montiferru.
Ora iniziamo il rientro in una sterrata attraverso i campi coltivati.
