Partenza da Kozina (trattoria Mahnic). Si scende su asfalto fino a Klanec Pri Kozini. Prima di entrare in paese sulla destra si prende a salire lungo mulattiera (faticoso). Raggiunto il punto più elevato si svolta a sinstra lungo il sentiero. Sbucati su strada asfaltata si prosegue fino al paese di Beka. In discesa sulla sinistra si segue strada sterrata (fondo ben battuto). Con saliscendi e poi in salita al primo bivio si mantiene la traccia principale. Superati due crocevia si mantiene sempre la destra in direzione Sella M.te Carso. Dalla forcella ha inizio una discesa impegnativa (segnavia cai n. 25) verso il rio del Crinale (deviazione a piedi sul Cippo Comici). Diff. single trail S2. Giunti in Val Rosandra si procede a piedi (divieto di transito alle mtb), passando per il Rif. Premuda, si riprende a pedalare su strada asfaltata e si raggiunge la strada sterrata che coincide con il percorso dell'ex ferrovia Trieste-Erpelle. Arrivati a Draga S.Elia si prosegue dritti. Poco dopo sulla sinistra ha inizio un sentiero in salita che sbuca su strada asfaltata (direzione Pesek). Dopo qualche centinaio di metri sulla sinistra si imbocca mulattiera (cartello con divieto di transito). Mantenendo la destra lungo sentiero dal fondo sassoso si giunge a San Lorenzo. Passando accanto alle Foibe si raggiunge Basovizza. Dal paese si seguono sterrate e divertenti single tracks che si snodano lungo il versante del M.te Cocusso. Raggiunto il confine su strada asfaltata (breve salita) si fa ritorno a Kozina.

Departure from Kozina (trattoria Mahnic). It falls on the asphalt until Klanec Pri Kozini. Before entering the village on the right takes you to climb along a mule track (tiring). Reached the highest point turn sinstra along the path. Once you emerge on paved road continues to the village of Beka. Downhill to the left, follow the dirt road (bottom well beaten). With ups and downs and then uphill to the first fork keeps the main track. After two crossroads is always maintained in the right direction Sella Mt. Carso. From the fork begins a challenging descent (trail cai n. 25) toward the river's Ridge (deviation walk on Cippo Comedy). Diff. Single trail S2. Once in Val Rosandra proceed on foot (no entry for mtb), passing the Rif. Premuda, it takes a ride on the paved road until you reach the dirt road that coincides with the route of the former railway Trieste-Erpelle. Once in Draga S. Elia continue straight. Shortly after starting on the left has an uphill path that leads onto the paved road (direction Pesek). After a few hundred yards on the left, take the mule track (sign ban on driving). Keeping to the right along the path from the stony bottom will take you to San Lorenzo. Turning next to Foibe Bazovica is reached. From the village, follow the dirt and fun single tracks that run along the side of Mount Cocusso. Reached the border on a paved road (short edge) it's back to Kozina.
