Con questo itinerario potrete effettuare il giro completo di Monte Arcosu, con partenza dalla Chiesa di S.Lucia.
Il percorso inizia con una parte pianeggiante e qualche breve strappo in salita per proseguire in salita con tratti tecnici.
Ritengo non sia adatto ai biker alle prime armi, ci sono due tratti da fare a piedi, il primo in discesa, breve in prossimità di una casa diroccata, ma ripido (cercate il punto migliore per scendere), mentre il secondo in salita, c/o località Marroccu, più lungo con fondo smosso da pietre.
La discesa stupenda da Punta Marroccu riporta allla vallata del Rio Guttureddu ed infine al parcheggio.
L'itinerario è stato effettuato in senso antiorario ma può essere percorso in entrambi i sensi. Venendo da Cagliari e percorrendo la statale 195 per Pula si gira dopo 12 Km in direzione Macchiareddu e si imbocca la seconda strada ovest, si prosegue fino alla chiesa campestre di S. Lucia.

With this route you can make a full circuit of Monte Arcosu, departing from the Church of St. Lucia.
The journey begins with a flat part and a few short climb uphill to continue uphill technical sections.
I think not is suitable for novice biker, there are two sections to make on foot, the first downhill, short near a ruined house, but steep (look for the best place to get off), while the second uphill, c / o Marroccu locations, along with more loose surfaces by stones.
The descent from beautiful Punta Marroccu reports allla valley of the Rio Guttureddu and finally to the parking lot.
The route was carried out in counter-clockwise but it can be traversed in both senses. Coming from Cagliari to Pula along the highway 195 turns after 12 km in the direction Macchiareddu and take the second street west, you go to the country church of S. Lucia.
