itinerario che si svolge a basse e medie quote con salita tutta su asfalto, è possbile farlo anche nel periodo invernale se non è scesa molta neve.
da Domodossola andate verso Masera passando per la frazione Pontetto di montecrestese, proseguire verso Masera al primo semaforo prendere subito la rampa a sinistra e seguire le indicazioni per Alpe Pescia, lago di Onzo (Avonso)
continuate sempre sulla strada strada asfaltata, fino al Laghetto, continuate per la stessa strada oltrepassando un'area festa e un nucleo di belle casette ristrutturate.
poco prima di una cappelletta che vedete sulla destra, scende a sinistra un sentiero molto bello,imboccatelo e seguitelo sempre (oltrepassate una condotta dell'acqua) fino all'abitato e attraverso qualche scorciatoia arrivate alla strada asfaltata per Masera che avevate percorso in precedenza, attraversate il ponte risalite a Montecrestese e poi per Altoggio.
Alla prima casa sulla destra che trovate ad Altoggio, vedete sulla sinistra il sentiero che scende, prendetelo, dopo qualche decina di metri attraversate la strada e continuate fino ad arrivare a Montecrestese, seguite la traccia GPS per qualche divertente divagazione nel bosco sottostante fino alla centrale elettrica di Crevoladossola e poi di nuovo su asfalto fino a Domodossola.

itinerary that takes place at low and medium altitudes with all uphill on asphalt, it is possbile to do so even in winter if it is not dropped a lot of snow. Domodossola photos by Masera going to go about Pontetto of Montecrestese, go to the first Masera traffic lights immediately take the ramp to the left and follow the signs to Alpe Pescia, Lake Onzo (Avonso)
keep going on the road paved road up to the pond, continue on the same road crossing party area and a core of fine renovated houses.
just before a chapel that you see on the right, down to the left a very nice trail, and follow it always imboccatelo (past a water pipe) to the town and through some shortcut to get to the paved road Masera path that you had previously, cross the bridge and then go up to Montecrestese for Altoggio.
At the first house on the right to find that Altoggio you see on the left the path down, take it, after a few tens of meters, cross the road and continue until you get to Montecrestese, follow the GPS track for some fun digression into the forest below until the powerhouse Crevoladossola and then back to asphalt to Domodossola.
