Itinerario bellissimo e molto panoramico, adatto però a biker che non hanno paura a portare la bici in spalla per tratti anche lunghi e in possesso di buona tecnica di guida in discesa. Da Merano si raggiunge Lana e da qui si sale con la funivia al monte S. Vigilio. Chi volesse fare l'intero itinerario pedalato, deve salire lungo la val d'Ultimo e poi a dx verso Pavicolo, poi fino alla Baerenalm e ricongiungersi alla traccia. Da S. Vigilio si sale per la forestale 34, poi per la 9 con strappi anche duri e poi lungo il sentiero 1 in falsopiano fino alla malga Falkomai (ristoro) e poi al bel laghetto. Da qui si sale con la bici in spalla alla forcella di Tablà con panorama stupendo. Si scende sul sentiero 5 molto impegnativo fino alla malga di Tablà e poi ancora sul 5 più scorrevole finbo a fondo valle. Da Naturno si torna a Merano lungo la bella ciclabile Merano, parcheggio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria
