Percorso interessante perchè permette di fare il bellissimo tratto misto di Montemarino frazione di Benevello, senza scendere fino a Borgomale (anche se ci sarebbero due sterrati in fondovalle da fare in salita fino a Benevello) ma qui si scende sempre in fuoristrada verso la collina di S.Bovo.
così da inglobare il tratto di Montemarino a tutti i bellissimi percorsi nei dintorni di S.Bovo.
Partenza sempre ad Alba direzione madonna di como, si sale su asfalto fino a Cappelletto dove ci sono le solite varianti in fuoristrada, si ritorna su asfalto e si raggiunge il punto più alto, poi in direzione Benevello in località Montemarino si prende a sinistra, dopo poco diventa sterrato, un po' di saliscendi per salire e affiancare un enorme capannone di polli, bellissimo tratto da qui, si evita (per stavolta) un singletrack a dx, fantastico da fare se non lo conoscete, si prosegue con bei saliscendi in cresta e poi discesa bella e breve per ritornare su strada più larga, da qui a sinistra (a dx prosegue fino a Borgomale) si scende ancora e si passa un gruppo di case dopo un piccolo laghetto artificiale si scende fino al rio, oltrepassato inizia la salita verso s.Bovo, interessante per la vista delle rocche, si sbuca sulla sterrata-asfaltata di metà collina, si scende 100metri e si risale su sterratone largo, da qui continuando sullo sterrato si arriva a s.bovo, ma la traccia che ho segnato qui prende prima una deviazione a destra nel bosco (ce ne un'altra più avanti più bella che segnerò in un'altra traccia, ma difatto arrivano allo stesso punto) scende verso il Belbo senza raggiungerlo, nella traccia ho divagato un po' ma in pratica si risale sulla classica risalita che dal belbo va fino a S.Bovo tra boschi e sterrati, poi la classica salita-falsopiano in cresta, variante nel bosco e ritorno a Cappelletto e poi Alba.

Path interesting because it allows to make the beautiful stretch of mixed Montemarino fraction of Benevello, without going up to Borgomale (although there would be two gravel roads in the valley to do uphill to Benevello) but here you go always in off-road towards the hill of S .Bovo.

out always Alba madonna direction Como, climb out of asphalt to Cappelletto where there are the usual variations in off-road, you go back on asphalt and you will reach the highest point in the direction Benevello in town Montemarino turn left, after a while it becomes dirt, a bit 'of ups and downs to get on and alongside a huge warehouse of chickens, beautiful stretch of here, you avoid (for this time) a singletrack on the right, great to do if you do not know, continue with nice ups and downs in the ridge and then down nice and short for return on wider road, from here to the left (to dx continues until Borgomale) go down again and you pass a group of houses after a small artificial lake go down to the river, past the climb begins to S.Bovo interesting for its view of the rocks, you will come out on the dirt-paved halfway up the hill, you go down and climb on sterratone 100m wide, from here continue on the dirt road you come to S.Bovo, but the track that I scored here first takes a detour to the right in the woods (there later another more beautiful that will score in another track, but braids arrive at the same point) without reaching down to the Belbo, in the track I rambled a bit 'but in practice, it goes back on the classic lifts that go up to the belbo S.Bovo through forests and dirt roads , then the classic up-slight slope crest, a variant in the woods and back to Cappelletto and then Alba.
