percorso tipico se si vuol fare la discesa di S.Elena e la risalita a S.Bovo e il single track in cresta, difatti il primo tratto asfaltato può essere percorso molto velocemente.
Si sale nella frazione Madonna di Como, ci sarebbero un paio di sterrati da fare ma io preferisco la solita asfaltata, da Madonna di Como ci sono varianti in sterrato tra i vigneti, poi alla frazione Cappelletto, si raggiunge il Pilone Chiarle da qui c'è un single track poco oltre a destra e si risale verso l'inizio della discesa, sul punto più alto.
La discesa presenta tratti tecnici, è molto varia, ha un paio di brevi risalite, ed è lunga per la nostra zona, scende fino a Rocchetta Belbo in 4 kilometri, poco più di 10 minuti.
arrivati a Rocchetta ci sono varie possibilità di risalire in fuoristrada, ben 3 diverse nella zona, la stessa risalita che si è fatta in discesa per l'ultimo tratto, molto larga e fattibile tutto l'anno ma poco caratteristica, oppure una salita dal fondo più ostico oppure questa che ho fatto io che è la più bella, si prosegue sulla strada asfaltata principale e dopo poco più di 1km a destra su ripida strada si inizia a salire fino a S.Bovo - da qui si prosegue sul bellissimo tratto in cresta in falsopiano in salita spesso in falsopiano, 3km molto belli, si scende, si evita il ristorante si entra in un tratto boschivo che poi risale bruscamente e rimanendo molto vario con un altro tratto boschivo incrocia la strada asfaltata principale fatta prima, guardare bene la traccia sul GPS - da qui in discesa con molti tratti boschivi e tra le nocciole, un saliscendi fino a tornare alla frazione Cappelletto, da qui il ritorno in discesa su asfalto per poi piegare a sinistra su un grande curvone per fare una variante in fuoristrada fino a Ricca-S.Rocco Cherasca. e il ritorno ad Alba
