Percorso classico che prevede una agevole salita a malga lunga su asfalto e poi su cementata generalmente con scarso traffico. Arrivati alla malga lunga bella vista sul lago di iseo. Si prosegue su sterrato in faso piano con qualche strappo in salita fino ad arrivare ad un bivio dove il panorama si apre.Siamo sulla dorsale che separa la val seriana dalla valle cavallina; bella vista sul lago di endine. A bivio tenere la dx in legegra salita; si arriva ad un laghetto ai piedi del monte sparavera. Seguire le tracce che portano alla vetta fino a trovare una traccia piu marcata che si seguira in discesa e tenendo dopo qualche centinaio di metri lineari la sx; la tracci aporta ad una cascina, da dove si segue una carrareccia. Non deviare dalla linea principale che prosegue in falsopiano e dopo una svolta marcata a sx perde quota rapidamente fino ad arrivare ad una barra. Seguire la dx; il percorso è facile e costeggia alcune maghe alternando tratti nel bosco. Vi sono numerosi bivii; seguire sempre la direzione principale che si sviluppa in falsopiano fino ad arrivare dopo alcuni tornanti su cementata ripida ad incrociare una strada asfaltata che sale da peia. Prendere a dx in discesa e superato peia continuare a scendere tenendo la dx fino al punto di partenza.
