Dal fondovalle nei pressi di Lienz si arriva, dopo una lunga ma interessante salita, anche con tratti molto impegnativi, sugli splendidi prati di Hochstein. Qui si percorre un bel sentiero in quota e poi si arriva alla Hochsteinhütte (ristoro).Comincia adesso una lunga e a tratti tipida discesa, molto panoramica, su sentiero, forestali e piste da sci fino a Leisach e al punto di partenza Leisach vicino a Lienz, parcheggio presso la gola di Galitzen (visita)
From the valley floor near Lienz you arrive, after a long but interesting climb, even with sometimes very challenging, through the beautiful grounds of Hochstein. Here you go along a beautiful trail in altitude and then you get to Hochsteinhütte (refreshments) .Comincia now a long and sometimes tipida descent, very scenic, on the trail, forest and ski slopes up to Leisach and the starting point Leisach near Lienz , parking at the throat of Galitzen (visit)
