Trail Description

It 'a very challenging journey for both the long and steep climb, with whether to push, to the refuge, both for the descent is steep and difficult technique from beginning to end, without a moment's breath, but also a lot of fun for who has a good technique and a downhill bike with suspension appropriate. Uphill we try to avoid as much as possible the asphalt with demanding jobs, even if a long part can not be avoided. Then arrived the Leiter Alm (refreshments), you have to make a stroke with the bike on his shoulder, the rest of the trail up to the pass is all an up and down from the bike, but a little more pedaling. When you arrive at the shelter at Gap (rest), however, you are rewarded for all the efforts and you can rest on benches or on the spacious lawns with beautiful view on the Alps and the Dolomites. Now we have 1500 feet of elevation gain on the trail 7, all technical and challenging to be able to interpret in order to even entertain. After a short stretch of asphalt, still a fun trail gently downhill, suddenly diu connection and a final path take us back to Merano. Ideal for bikers with bikes from the abundant hiking. Merano, parking in front of the railway station
