Itinerario che non sale in alta quota, ma va alla scoperta di tutti i sentieri più belli esistenti fra Merano, Postal e Gargazzone, con salite ripide e discese su sentieri divertenti ma impegnativi, è richiesta perciò una buona tecnica di guida della bici in discesa. Da Merano si sale sulla strada per castel Verruca e poi si arriva al maso Hecher (ristoro), Si scende al maso Wiesler (ristoro) e poi su sentiero tecnico verso Postal, poi su un bel sentiero in falsopiano fino alla partenza della funivia. Su strade secondarie arriviamo a Gargazzone poi saliamo su salita ripida con finale a Spinta fino alla torre Kroll, con visita alla bella cascata. Scendiamo sul ripido sentiero e andiamo a prendere la ciclabile che ci riporta a Merano merano, parcheggio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria
