Itinerario corto ma molto impegnativo, dedicato a biker ai quali piace portare anche a lungo la bici in spalla per poter arrivare in cima ad una montagna ed ammirare favolosi panorami a 360°. Si sale su strada e poi forestale fino alla gruberalm (ristoro), poi ancora su forestale fino all'incrocio col sentiero 6. Si sale bici in spalla fino al bel sito di Faden e poi ancora a spalla fino al col di Sassalto in ambiente selvaggio con solo pochi tratti pedalati. Dopo aver ammirato lo splendido panorama, scendiamo sul sentiero 17, con tratti molto tecnici e impegnativi e altri più veloci di nuovo fino a Gruberalm (ristoro). Da qui la traccia scende su un vecchio sentiero fino al maso Niederhofer, oppure si può scendere sul sentiero 6 più largo. Si continua poi sul 6 con tratti tecnici e stretti tornanti fino in paese S, Giovanni in valle Aurina, parcheggio in centro al paese

Short but very challenging route, dedicated to bikers who like to also lead to bike along the shoulder in order to get to the top of a mountain and enjoy the fabulous view 360 °. Go up the road and then up to the forest gruberalm (refreshments), and then again on the forest to the junction with trail bike 6. salt in the shoulder to the beautiful site of Faden and then again on the shoulder to the Col de Sassalto in wilderness with just a few strokes pedaled. After admiring the beautiful scenery, go down the path 17, with sometimes very technical and demanding more and more fast again until Gruberalm (refreshments). From here the trail descends on an old trail to the farm Niederhofer, or you can go down the path wider than 6. It then continues on 6 with technical sections and hairpin bends to the village S, John Ahr valley, parking in the town center
