Itinerario corto ma anche molto impegnativo, sia perchè per arrivare in cima alla Eggespitz bisogna caricarsi la bici in spalla, sia perchè il sentiero 20 è ripidissimo e tecnico, con tratti da fare a piedi. In compenso il panorama è favoloso, con vista su tette le cime che fanno da contorno alla valle di Zosen. Molto bello è anche il sentiero 31 che, con molti tornanti e tratti più veloci, arriva fino a Lappago di sotto. Dopo la fine della strada asfaltata, buon posto di ristoro alla Hofalm Da brunico si va verso Campo Tures, poi si prende la valle di selva dei molini fino a Lappago di sotto, parcheggio presso il maso a sx della strada

Short route but also very challenging, both because to get to the top of the Eggespitz need to load the bike on his shoulder, and because the path 20 is steep and technical sections to do with distance. On the other hand, the view is fabulous, with a view of boobs peaks that surround the valley of Zosen. Very nice is also the path 31 which, with many twists and stretches faster, up to Lappago below. After the end of the paved road, good place to eat in the Hofalm From brunico you go to Campo Tures, then take the forest valley of the mills until Lappago below, parking at the farm on the left of the road
