Da Selva dei Molini pedaliamo lungo la forestale verso la parte alta della valle. All'altezza della cappella Auer saliamo su strada e poi forestale fino a Gorner Alm e al sentiero 25a (Alta via). Seguiamo il bel sentiero in falsopiano con continui su e giù fino alla Weizgruberalm (ristoro). Da qui scendiamo sul bel sentiero 28a con tratti impegnativi e altri veloci che si riporta a Selva. Da brunico si vaverso campo Tures, a Molini di Tures si sale per la valle di Selva dei Molini fino a Selva, parcheggio dopo il lago.

From Selva dei Molini bike along the forest towards the top of the valley. At the height of the chapel Auer climb on forest road and then up to Gorner Alm and Path 25a (High street). We follow the beautiful trail on a slight slope with constant up and down until the Weizgruberalm (refreshments). From here we descend on the beautiful trail with sections 28a binding and other fast you back to Selva. From brunico you vaverso field Tures, Molini di Tures, go up the valley to Selva Selva dei Molini, after parking the lake.
