Itinerario abbastanza breve ma divertente e impegnativo, da Sillian si sale sulla forestale a sud del paese fino a quota 1900. Da qui andiamo ad incrociare il sentiero 15 e con la bici a spalla saliamo fino all'incrocio con il sentiero 1. Adesso possiamo iniziare la discesa sul tecnico e divertente sentiero fra prati e boschi fino a Hollbruck, poi di nuovo sul sentiero fino quasi a valle. Qui prendiamo la bella forestale al limite del bosco che ci riporta fino a Sillian Sulla strada fra Sillian e panzendorf, in pusteria austriaca, nel parcheggio della cabinovia che sale a Thurnthaler

Itinerary fairly short but fun and challenging, from Sillian you step onto the forest south of the village to a height of 1900 From here we are going to cross the path 15 and the bike to climb back up to the intersection with route 1 Now we can start the descent on technical and fun trail through meadows and forests to Hollbruck, then back on the trail almost to the valley.
