Dal paese di Sillian si gira a sx per la valle di Villgraten fino al primo maso a sx. Lasciamo qui l'auto sul prato di lato alla strada e partiamo in bici. Al paese di Ausservillgraten giriamo a dx (possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto anche qui in paese) e saliamo su forestale inizialmente ripida. Si sale e dopo vari tornanti e una deviazione per salire ancora un pò in sella, prendiamo il sentiero che sale ripido. Con la bici in spalla saliamo circa un quarto d'ora e arriviamo sui bellissimi prati di tessenberg, dove possiamo pedalare liberamente e ammirare il fantastico panorama delle montagne tutto intorno. Dopo un giretto sull'altipiano, scendiamo verso Tessenberg prima su un bel sentiero in falsopiano e poi su un sentiero ripido nel bosoc e su mulattiera. Arrivati in vista del castello, risaliamo brevemente e torniamo verso il punto di partenza su una bella forestale Da sillian in alta pusteria austriaca si sale verso Villgraten, al primo maso posteggio oppure al paese di Ausservillgraten oppure ancora da Tessenberg

From the village of Sillian turn left to the valley Villgratental to the first farm on the left. We leave the car here on the lawn to the side of the road and set off on a bike. At the village of Ausservillgraten turn right (possibility to park the car here in the country) and climb on forest initially steep. You go up and after several twists and a detour to pick up a little bit more in the saddle, take the path that climbs steeply. With the bike on his shoulder go up about a quarter of an hour we reach the beautiful meadows of Tessenberg, where we can ride freely and enjoy fantastic views of the mountains all around. After a stroll on the plateau down towards Tessenberg first on a beautiful trail on a slight slope and then up a steep path in bosoc and mule track. Once in sight of the castle, go up briefly and go back to the starting point of a beautiful forest in Da sillian pusteria Austrian high up towards Villgratental, the first farm stand or to the country of Ausservillgraten or yet to be Tessenberg
