Itinerario panoramico, ideale per biker che non hanno paura ad affrontare sentieri stretti con continui saliscendi (anche dalla bici) e tratti a spinta in salita e in discesa. Bellissima vista sul Cevedale e le alte cime che separano dalla val d'ultimo. Su strada asfaltata si sale fino all'albergo Gioveretto costeggiando il bel lago artificiale. Qui prendere il sentiero a dx in salita e poi continuare sul 38 in falsopiano con tratti a spinta. Arriviamo alla strada asfaltata e poco dopo giriamo a dx verso la Enzianhuette. Siamo già sull'alta via, su forestale fino alla malga livi, poi comincia il sentiero prima abbastanza pedalabile in falsopiano, poi con un tratto a spinta alla capanna del pastore. Si ricomincia a pedalare, poi dobbiamo dare qualche minuto a spinta sul sentiero ripidissimo in discesa per aggirare delle grandi rocce. Il panorama è bellissimo. Adesso il sentiero migliora e si arriva al rifugio Stallwies (ristoro). Da qui scendiamo sul divertente sentiero 5 fino al parcheggio. Dalla strada della val Venosta si prende, dopo laces, la strada della val martello. Parcheggio nei pressi dell'albergo Waldheim.

Scenic route, ideal for bikers who are not afraid to deal with narrow paths with ups and downs (including the bike) and stretches to push uphill and downhill. Beautiful view of the Cevedale and the high peaks that separate the Val d'last. On paved road climbs to the hotel Gioveretto along the beautiful artificial lake. Here take the path on the right and then continue uphill on a slight slope with 38 features a push. We get to the paved road and shortly after turn right towards the Enzianhuette. We are already on the high street, out of the forest to the dairy livi, then begins the path before enough pedaled on a slight slope, then with a sudden thrust to the shepherd's hut. It starts pedaling, then we need to give a few minutes to push on the steep path downhill to get around the big rocks. The scenery is beautiful. Now the trail improves and you arrive at the shelter Stallwies (refreshments). From here we descend on the fun path 5 to the parking lot. From the road of the Val Venosta you take, after laces, the road of the Val hammer. Parking near the hotel Waldheim.
