Itinerario molto panoramico dedicato a biker esigenti e con una buona tecnica di guida, alcuni tratti di sentiero sono esposti e bisogna fare un pò di attenzione! Si parte da naturno e dopo una lunga salita asfaltata, sempre con bella vista, comincia l'alta via di merano verso la val senales. Qualche piccolo tratto a spinta e si segue sempre il sentiero, adesso siamo sopra il bel paese di S. Caterina. In mezzo a boschi di larici continuiamo verso la val di Fosse e con un ultimo tratto in salita arriviamo al tornante a quota 1470. Qui il sentiero diventa troppo ripido e perciò torniamo indietro sulla strada in discesa, speriamo l'incrocio con la val senales e scendiamo ancora. Prima di rattisio vecchio a dx parte il bel sentiero 3 "waalweg della val senales" che in piano arriva nei pressi del castello Juval di Reinhold Messner (ristoro e visita al museo). Attenzione questo sentiero è in parte vietato alle bici, per la presenza di numerosi escursionisti a piedi, non percorrerlo di domenica, ma possibilmente di mattina presto o di sera. Da qui si scende sul divertente e lastricato sentiero 1 fino a Stava e poi su ciclabile oppure sul sentiero a lato della statale fino a Naturno. statale dello Stelvio, a naturno centro parcheggio nei pressi della stazione di servizio e del rio naturno
