Itinerario non troppo difficile ma impegnativo per la lunghezza e alcuni strappi in salita, ma con bellissimi scorci sulla valle dell'adige da merano a bolzano. Lungo strade secondarie asfaltate e in mezzo ai campi di mele si arriva a Lana e poi alla base della montagna. Qui inizia un bellissimo sentiero in salita nel bosco, con qualche sasso smosso, che arriva fino a Tesimo. Arriviamo a S. Cristoforo e prendiamo il sentiero naturalistico che ci porta fino ad un belvedere sulla valle. Adesso seguiamo il sentiero del feltro con numerose installazioni artistiche in feltro, ripassiamo da Tesimo e saliamo verso il sito romanico di S. Ippolito, con bellissima vista. Scendiamo sul sentiero nascosto nel bosco (impegnativo, eventualmente ridiscendere per la stessa strada) e passiamo per il lago di Narano. Scendiamo verso valle, passando per il maso Goetzfried (ottimo ristoro tipico) e poi a Lana. Ritorniamo a Merano sempre per i campi di mele. Merano, parcheggio presso la stazione ferroviaria

Route is not too difficult but challenging for the length and some tears uphill, but with beautiful views of the valley dell'adige from Merano to Bolzano. Along secondary roads paved and in the midst of apple orchards in Lana and then you get to the base of the mountain. Here begins a beautiful uphill path in the woods, with some loose rock, which reaches up to Tesimo. We arrived at St. Christopher's and take the nature trail that brings us up to a lookout point over the valley. Now follow the path of the felt with numerous art installations in felt, to go over Tesimo and climb towards the site of the Romanesque S. Ippolito, with a beautiful view. We go down the path hidden in the woods (challenging, possibly back down the same road) and we go to the lake Narano. We go down into the valley, passing the farm Goetzfried (great refreshment typical) and then to Lana. Merano always return to the fields of apples. Merano, parking at the railway station
