Itinerario di grande soddisfazione per biker esigenti e amanti di sentieri impegnativi e belle pedalate nel bosco. Con la funivia di S. Vigilio ci portiamo comodamente in quota e poi pedaliamo in ambiente montano lontano dal traffico fino alla malga di Naturno, non senza qualche strappo molto duro. Alla malga ci possiamo riposare e rifocillare con cibo tipico e poi comincia la discesa sul sentiero 30a, una delle più divertenti ma anche impegnative della zona, molto varia, roccia, bosco, prato, fino al fondo valle in val venosta. Da qui continuiamo sul sentiero 1 a dx al bordo del bosco, in saliscendi molto divertente con finale molto veloce e flow e torniamo a Tel e poi su ciclabile a Merano Merano, parcheggio presso la stazione ferroviaria

With the cable car in San Vigilio we carry comfortably in altitude and then we ride in the mountains away from the traffic to the dairy Naturnser, not without some tears very hard. To the hut we can rest and refreshment with typical food and then begins the descent path 30a, one of the most enjoyable but also challenging in the area, very diverse, rock, forest, meadow, to the bottom of the valley in Val Venosta. From here we continue on the path 1 right to the edge of the forest, a lot of fun going up and down very fast and with final flow and return to Tel path and then on to Merano, parking at the railway station
