Itinerario lungo e faticoso, con lunghi tratti su asfalto ma anche bei sentieri nel bosco. Da Merano si va verso Terlano lungo la vecchia statale oppure sulla pista ciclabile. Dalla "Terlaner Weinstube" si sale su salita molto ripida verso Meltina, A Frassineto si prende la forestale L e poi 1 fino alla bella chiesetta di Lavenna, immersa nei prati di Larici del Salto. Poi si segue il sentiero 1 fino a Eschio e il 12a fino ad "alpenrose" (ristoro) . Da qui ancora il sentiero 1 lastricato in ripida discesa verso Merano. Merano, parcheggio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria

Itinerary long and tiring, with long stretches of asphalt but also beautiful trails in the woods. From Merano you go to Terlano along the old road or on the bike path. From the "Terlaner Weinstube" you climb up very steep hill towards Meltina, A Frassineto take the forest and then L 1 to the beautiful church of Lavenna, surrounded by meadows of Larch Salto. Then follow the path up to 1 Eschio and 12a until "alpenrose" (refreshments). From here the trail still 1 paved steep descent to Merano. Merano, parking in front of the railway station
