Da Merano si raggiunge Naturno sulla pista ciclabile, da qui si raggiunge il maso Lint (ristoro) su salita asfaltata molto impegnativa ma panoramica. Si segue il sentiero 24 in quota e con vari saliscendi nel bosco fino al maso Gruber (ristoro). Adesso si scende sul tecnico sentiero 6 (la seconda parte è vietata alle bici, meglio non passare di domenica) e poi si segue a sx il sentiero panoramico con ancora molti su e giù anche impegnativi fino a Parcines e poi ancora su sentieri fino a Merano. Itinerario molto panoramico ma impegnativo, su sentieri tecnici e qualche tratto esposto, bisogna avere la massima padronanza della bici e sospensioni adeguate, oltre ad un buon allenamento per le salite. Eventualmente si può accorciare l'itinerario partendo da Rablà o da Parcines. Ideale nelle stagioni meno calde e anche d'inverno, perchè d'estate il montesole è troppo caldo Merano, parcheggio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria

From Merano is reached Naturno on the bike path, from here you reach the farm Lint (rest) on the paved climb very challenging but scenic. Follow the trail 24 in height and with various ups and downs in the woods to the farm Gruber (refreshments). Now it comes down to the technical path 6 (the second part is prohibited to bikes, better not go on a Sunday) and then follow the scenic path to the left, with many up and down also challenging to Parcines and then again on trails up to Merano . Challenging but very scenic route, on technical trails and some exposed stretches, you have to have maximum control of the bike and suspension appropriate, as well as a good workout for the hills. If necessary, you can shorten the route starting from Rablà or Parcines. Ideal during the cooler seasons, and even in winter, because summer is too hot Montesole Merano, parking in front of the railway station
