Itinerario fattibile anche nei mesi invernali, visto che la salita fino a Pavicolo è sempre sgombera da neve. Da Pavicolo si percorre il bel sentiero 13 fino alla funivia e poi si sale su forestale fino alla chiesetta di San Vigilio, con possibilità di ristoro proprio nei pressi. Si prosegue sulla forestale 9 e si scende su mulattiera non troppo impegnativa fino a Almboden (fontana). Da qui si scende sullo stretto e divertente sentiero 31 fino a Tschigg (ristoro con bellissimo panorama su Merano) e poi fino a Merano su strada (possibilità di tagliare i tornanti su sentiero impegnativo). merano, parcheggio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria

Feasible route in the winter months, as the climb up to Pavicolo is always clear of snow. From Pavicolo go along the beautiful path 13 to the cable car and then climb out of the forest to the church of San Vigilio, with its dining options nearby. Continue on Forest 9 and descend on trail is not too difficult to Almboden (fountain). From here you descend on the narrow path and funny 31 to Tschigg (refreshment with a beautiful view over Meran) and then on the road to Merano (possibility of cutting the switchbacks on the trail challenging). merano, parking in front of the railway station
