TECHNICAL
Towards CCW - Length = 38 km - Altitude difference Sal / Disc = +960 m
Quote Min / Max = 2/250 - saddle on time 99% (4 min walk)
Standard Time hours 4:30 min - Average speed = 8.4 km / h = 4.7
Technical Difficulties - GD = 61 Medium / Hard
NOTE: See the instructions in # 341
WARNING: finding unexpected "walls", often cemented through the little children of the island, is the rule, and this revolution is no exception. If you are not well trained can get them to agree on foot are usually short so the timing does not change and you avoid straining the muscles. The ride is also reversible (can be done in hours towards), as "walls" are both uphill and downhill!
DESCRIPTION:
The ride is so tortuous that a description can be useless and boring: follow the track here has a good signal and you will not have problems.
It seems to me useful to give indications about the 3 digressions provided to as many beaches on the coast east of Vasiliki. You can of course dispense with one or more of these deviations (A + R), thereby reducing the length and height difference.
1) The first beach, Agiofili, is from the wp and B requires 2 km and 90 vertical meters of which are 70 lanes while the 20 m (hm.) of the final steps are to be done on foot. Bring a lock to tie the bike in the park q. 25.
2) The second beach, AMOUSO, is from H and requires wp 2.5 km and 20 m in altitude; not cycle, in return, the connection between the way with wp H and the coastal road; it is a poorly marked trail with loose soil and roots, but it is short, just 50 m Amouso is fully equipped and offers bar and tavern of good (and cheap).
also point out, in the middle, a small, delicious , uncrowded cove. (H1).
3) The third beach, AFTELI, is from the wp J1 and requires 3 km with 140 m of altitude; entirely paved road; tavern bar available.
Last digression (Round + Return) is the monastery of San Giovanni (Agh. Johanis), zona easy, paved, which requires 1.5 km and 30 m of height gain.
