Si parte da Uggiate Trevano per percorrere la seconda parte del tracciato della GF dei Longobardi, con le salite della croce di Bizzarone, il colle di San Maffeo e la risalita dalla valle del Lanza e la via crucis. Il rientro è su asfalto, da Cagno fino ad Uggiate Trevano. Da dove finisce la traccia, si deve proseguire sulla strada per 200 m. fino ad arrivare ad una rotonda. Si prende la strada a sinistra, e dopo altri 300 m. si giunge al parcheggio da cui si è partiti.
It starts from Uggiate Trevano to take the second part of the route of the GF of the Lombards, with the climbs of the cross of Bizzarone, the hill of San Maffeo and ascent from the valley of Lanza and the Way of the Cross. The return is on asphalt, from Cagno until Uggiate Trevano. From where does the track, you have to continue on the road for 200 m. until you come to a roundabout. Take the road to the left, and after another 300 m. you reach the parking lot where you started.
