Il percorso si snoda lungo tutta la valle di Livigno.
Si ininzia sulla pista ciclabile (direzione nord) per poi deviare verso la Val Federia.
Poco fuori le ultime case di Livigno si prende a sinistra una strada sterrata e si procede in salita seguendo le indicazioni Tea dal Plan.
Dopo una salita ripida si raggiungono alcune tee (vecchie case in legno). Da qui si prosegue imboccando il sentiero n. 190 che a mezza costa percorre tutta la valle di Livigno.
Il rientro avviene per l'altro versante della valle seguendo il sentiero n.100.
Il percorso è quasi interamente su bosco e offre bei panorami sulla valle di Livigno.

The path winds along the valley of Livigno.
Ininzia on the bike path (northbound) and then veer towards the Val Federia.
Just out of the last houses of Livigno you take a dirt road to the left and proceeds uphill and follow the signs from the Tea Plan.
After a steep climb we reach some tee (old wooden houses). From here you continue taking the path n. 190, which runs along the hillside valley of Livigno.
We return to the other side of the valley following the path n.100.
The route is almost entirely out of wood and offers good views over the valley of Livigno .
