Grazie al fondo si può fare in qualsiasi stagione (escluso quando nevica o piove: i sassi diventerebbero scivolosi..).
Le montagne sono miniere di ghiaia da bianca a rossa e i sentieri sono uno spettacolo come i panorami e le pinete che si attraversano.
Giro ad anello in senso orario.
Partenza dalla Chiesa o dal Bar di San Lorenzo di Treia (dove sono nato, cresciuto.....).
Si sale verso la montagna poi dopo 2 km si lascia l'asfalto a destra per passsare nel parco giochi e salire in zona Roccaccia, dove si incontra 400 m di salita più impegnativa ma pedalabile con buona bici e gamba per arrivare alla partenza della pistia da DH. Si scende lungo il sentiero che costeggia Santa Sperandia e si sbuca nel fondo valle tra Grottaccia e Colcerasa. Poi si sale nella splendida zona dell'Internone passando anche per il maneggio e il Cristo delle Marche. Una splendida discesa sempre ghiaiosa porta all'eremo di San Angelo e si arriva al fondovalle per poi risalire a San Lorenzo.
