questa e' la versione piu' pedalabile che conosco per arrrivare al monte lema.
si parte da dumenza(va) a pochi km dal confine,dalla via volta si sale per un sterrato mai impegnativo,arrivati a trezzino si prosegue per due cossani,c'e' un bel sentiero,da due cossani si prende per pradecolo saranno 30 tornanti su asfalto cmq,dal rifugio(purtroppo chiuso da circa 2 anni) breve sosta acqua e panorama,e qua inizia il bello su sterrato diverse rampe ripide vi porteranno alle "5 vie" resta sopra la localita' alpone,adesso c'e' un bel sentiero quasi tutto pedalabile che vi portera' all'alpe arasio,adesso si riprende lo sterrato e in breve si arriva al monte lema,i piu' bravi in sella,io l'ho fatto un po' e un po' perche' e' molto tosto quest'ultimo pezzo.passata la seggiovia si comincia a scendere,si arriva a un bivio dopo un po' di discesa,pian pulpito,io ho scelto quella piu' tecnica che porta alla forcola di astano su bei tornantini abbastanza tecnici molto divertente,da li si puo' sempre scegliere a destra il sentiero piu' bello secondo me che si colleghera' in ogni caso all'altro ma e' molto divertente anche questo.
arrivati ad astano breve tratto di asfalto prendete per il laghetto,vecchio confine e poi giu' per la mitica scalinata della via crucis dopo il santuario di trezzo,e in un attimo si torna a dumenza.
se si vuol cominciare dalla parte ch per la salita si puo' partire da novaggio si sale a e cima pianca,forcola di astano,sentiero per pradecolo.
