Dall'abitato di Duino,a fianco del castello,si imbocca immediatamente il sent.Rilke.Si raccomanda di percorrerlo a bassa velocità perchè spesso si incontrano dei pedoni.Dopo essere sbucati sulla strada costiera si giunge in breve a Sistiana,si percorre il centro e all'incrocio si svolta a sx.Ora sarà un lunghissimo susseguirsi di sterrate,sentieri e strade poco trafficate che ci daranno l'ennesima occasione di conoscere questo meraviglioso territorio.Al ritorno quando si torna nei pressi del centro di Sistiana, tireremo dritto e ripercorreremo una parte del sent.Rilke,a metà l'abbandoniamo per tornare al punto di partenza con una bella forestale. Lungo la statale Monfalcone Trieste,parcheggio a fianco del castello di Duino.
