Escursione giornaliera di media diffi coltà che si snoda su strade secondarie. Pedalare attraverso 3 valli e infi ne vi attende un downhill
singolare nella gola della Rienza.
Dall‘Hotel Krone a Bressanone verso est, attraversando la Rienza e seguire la strada sterrata n. 9 fi no ad Albes. Pedalare lungo la strada del paese e seguire il rio Eores lungo il segnavia rosso-bianco e salire lungo la Val di Eores. Arrivati a Schmied, seguire la strada sterrata n. 10 fino al parcheggio (Fistil Boden). Da lì seguire un piccolo tratto di strada. Poi su strada sterrata con segnavia rosso-bianco. Al prossimo incrocio a sinistra seguire il segnavia 4-8 fi no al Rifugio Enzianhütte. Poi salire lungo il segnavia rosso-bianco fi no alla strada e proseguire lungo il segnavia n. 1 fino a Luson. Attraversare la zona artigianale, al prossimo incrocio (fermata dell‘autobus) svoltare a destra e seguire la strada fi no al Maso Niederst. Discesa nella gola della Rienza, attraversare la Rienza e pedalare fi no a Naz. Seguire la strada n. 31 fi no a Elvas. Sulla strada n. 147 ritornare a Bressanone.

Dopo la discesa dal Rifugio Enzianhütte si può fare una breve sosta al Rifugio Kalkofen (1.710 m) con visita del „Kalkofen“ (forno in cui vennero cotte le pietre calcaree). Un clou è certamente la discesa dal Maso Niederst verso la gola della Rienza! Non perdetevi la veduta imponente sulla gola della Rienza. Se arrivate dal Brennero, oppure da Verona / Bolzano, oppure da Passo Resia / Bolzano:
uscite dall'autostrada al casello di Bressanone / Val Pusteria (ca. 30 km a sud del Brennero oppure ca. 50 km a nord di Bolzano) e proseguite per 5 km sulla strada statale in direzione Bressanone. Arrivati ai bordi della città, passate due curve a gomito e ca. 300 m dopo la seconda curva girate a sinistra, verso il centro della città.
Proseguite dritti per 200 m, fino ad arrivare in piazza "Hartmann", chiusa al traffico (attenzione, non girate a destra!), dove però potete proseguire tranquillamente, in qualità di ospiti del "Vital Hotel". Dopo soli 30 m vi troverete davanti al "Vital Hotel Goldene Krone" in Via dei Fienili.

Hotel Krone in Bressanone eastward, crossing the Rienz and follow the dirt road n. 9 fi no to Albeins. Ride along the country road and follow the river Aferer along the red-white and up along the Val Aferer. Once in Schmied, follow the dirt road n. 10 to the parking lot (Fistil Boden). From there follow a small stretch of road. Then on a dirt road with red-white. At the next junction turn left to follow the trail to Rifugio 4-8 fi no Enzianhütte. Then walk up the red-white fi no to the road and continue along the trail n. 1 to Luson. Drive through the industrial area, at the next intersection (bus stop), turn right and follow the road to the farm fi no Niederst. Descent into the throat of Brixen, Brixen and through the pedal fi no Naz. Follow road. 31 fi no Elvas. On the road n. 147 back to Bressanone.

After descending from the Rifugio Enzianhütte you can make a quick stop at the Refuge Kalkofen (1,710 m) and visit the "Kalkofen" (which were baked in the oven stones limestone). A highlight is certainly the descent from Maso Niederst towards the throat Rienz! Do not miss the impressive view over the gorge Rienz. If you are coming from the Brenner Pass, or from Verona / Bolzano, or by Reschenpass / Bolzano:
exit the motorway at Bressanone / Val Pusteria (ca. 30 km south of the Brenner Pass, or about 50 miles north of Bolzano ) and continue for 5 km on the highway in the direction of Bressanone. Arriving at the edge of the city, has been two sharp bends and about 300 m after the second bend turn left towards the center of the city.
Go straight for 200 m until you reach piazza "Hartmann", closed to traffic (be careful, do not turn right!), Where, however, you can go quietly, as guests of the "Vital Hotel". After just 30 meters you will come to the "Goldene Krone Vital Hotel" in Via dei Barns.
