Partenza da piazza Risorgimento Formia direzione Itri.Da qui prendere la SS 82 per Pico.
Salire fino al bivio per il santuario e imboccarlo, dopo venti mt sulla destra a scendere parte uno sterrato.Imboccarlo.Attraverserete un pascolo di vacche. La strada finisce in un vallone.Mantenersi tutto a destra, (direzione SUD-OVEST) e attraversare il vallone, sul crinale destro c'è un sentiero, l'unico, percorrerlo(poco pedalabile) fino in fondo dove troverete delle stalle, da qui prendere sulla sinistra la strada (attenzione ai cani della stalla) sterrata veloce che vi porterà fino all'appia, poco oltre il cimitero di Itri....

The road ends in a vallone.Mantenersi everything right, (SOUTH-WEST direction) and cross the valley on the ridge right there is a path, the only one, follow it (just pedaled) to the bottom where you will find the stables, from Here turn left onto the road (beware of dog stall) dirt road that takes you up fast Appia, just beyond the cemetery Itri ....
