Classico e impegnativo giro sulle Apuane .
Da Canevara (vicino Massa) bisogna salire al passo Del Vestito e poi proseguire in discesa fino ad Arni su asfalto per circa 18 km .
La salita pur essendo su asfalto è molto bella poco trafficata.
Consigliabili luci per le gallerie .
Arrivati ad Arni fare scorta di acqua presso una fontana
davanti la chiesa (non ne troveremo + fino al rifugio Conti)
Da qui marmifera bella ripida per il Passo Sella.Sono circa 4 km impegnativi sia per la pendenza che per il fondo.Pedalabilita' circa 80/90 %.
Dal passo si scende lungo la bellissima discesa su mulattiera nella valle dell'Arnetola.
A seguire poi il pezzo + duro ,la Vandelli in salita verso il passo della Tambura .
In questi 3,5 km la pedalabilita' è al massimo del 30%
Bellissimo pero' arrivare al Passo della Tambura con vista sul mare , Golfo di La Spezia ,Lago di Vagli e la vista delle Apuane che ripaga ampiamente la fatica fatta in salita.
Da qui discesa con deviazione verso il rifugio Conti ,sempre seguendo sempre la spettacolare via Vandelli fino a Resceto,molto, molto bella da fare in mtb..
Da Resceto a Canevara si prosegue su asfalto per circa 7 km

Classic and challenging ride in the Apuan Alps.
From Canevara (near Massa) have to climb up to date Suit and then continue downhill until Arni on asphalt for about 18 km.
The climb despite being on asphalt is very nice little traffic.
Advisable lights to the galleries.
Once in Arni stock up on water at a fountain
front of the church (I do not find + to the refuge Conti)
< br> From here marmifera pretty steep for about 4 km Sella.Sono Step challenging for both the slope and for the fondo.Pedalabilita 'about 80-90%.
From the pass we descend along the beautiful downhill on trail dell'Arnetola in the valley.
A follow then the piece + hard, the Vandelli uphill towards the pass of Tambura.
In these 3.5 km pedalability 'is at most 30%
Beautiful but 'get to the Passo della Tambura overlooking the sea, the Gulf of La Spezia, Lake Screeners and views of the Apuan Alps that amply repays the effort made in the climb.
From here down with deviation to the shelter Conti, always, always following the spectacular via Vandelli to Resceto, very, very nice to do in mtb ..
From Resceto Canevara to continue on the asphalt for about 7 km
