Il giro, abbastanza impegnativo specie come nel nostro caso fatto tutto d'un fiato, ha quale obiettivo percorrere le "Brunette" sul loro fianco che guarda ad oriente. Si parte Foligno porta Romana e rapidamente su asfalto dapprima e sterrato poi si attraversa S.Eraclio e poi si attraversa la località Matigge di Trevi. Qui tratti nel bosco sono davvero superlativi, almeno fino ad arrivare allo sterrato che da Coste porta alle cosidette "Brunette Basse" . Qui termina il primo tratto, lo scollinamento è a circa 18Km e già si sono accumulati oltre 1000m di ascesa, ma non siamo ancora neanche a metà giro! Si prosegue lo stradone verso la discesa Rio Secco. Al termine della discesa si intercetta la via asfaltata che da Molini sale verso Pettino, si scende in discesa per circa un chilometro e si risale alle fonti di San Patrignano dove finalmente si può fare scorta d'acqua. Inizia da qui il secondo tratto di nuovo in salita che ci riporterà a Pettino dopo aver "circumnavigato" il monte che sovrasta San Patrignano e costeggiando dall'alto la valle della Spina. Dopo un breve tratto di discesa che ci riporta a Pettino, di nuovo si risale verso il Monte Serano percorrendo lo sterrato che porta ai ripetitori. Prima di arrivare alla cima si lascia lo sterrato per entrare a destra decisi nel bosco e da qui inizia quasi completamente su single track il fianco orientale del Serano e delle Brunette. Ci si muove costantemente intorno ai 1.200-1.300 con strappi tanto brevi quanto micidiali! Infine la discesa tra i prati fino a rientrare alle Brunette Basse. Da qui il rientro può essere interpretato in 1000 modi diversi, noi in ritardo, abbiamo optato per fosso Venerino "allungando" tuttavia in infiniti single track tutti in discesa!! A valle rientro su asfalto in grave ritardo, ma nei pressi di Manciano si potrebbe ulteriormente allungare il giro tra i track lungo il colle di Manciano stesso.
Al termine si conteranno quasi 60Km e poco meno di 2000m di ascesa complessiva!!

The tour, quite challenging species as in our case done in one breath, seeks to travel the "Brunette" on their side looking east. It starts Foligno Porta Romana and quickly on asphalt and dirt first then through S.Eraclio and then through the town of Trevi Matigge. Here Whether in the woods are really superb, at least until you get to the dirt road that leads to the so-called Coste "Brunette Basse." Here ends the first part, the brow is about 18Km and already have accumulated over 1000m of ascent, but we are still not even half way around! Continue down the main road towards Rio Secco. At the end of the descent intercepts the paved road that goes up to Pettino Molini, you go downhill for about a mile and it goes back to the sources of San Patrignano where finally you can stock up on water. Start here again in the second part of the climb that will take us back to Pettino after "circumnavigated" the mountain that overlooks San Patrignano and along the valley from the top of the plug. After a short descent brings us back to Pettino, again it goes back to the Monte Serano along the dirt road that leads to the repeaters. Before you get to the top you leave the dirt road to get to the right into the woods and decided to start here almost entirely on single track on the eastern side of the Serano and Brunette. There is constantly moving around 1200-1300 with tears as short as deadly! Finally, the descent through the meadows until you get back to Brunette Basse. From here, the return can be interpreted in different ways in 1000, we delayed, we opted to ditch Venerino "stretching" but in endless single track downhill all !! Downstream return on asphalt overdue, but in the vicinity of Manchester could further extend the tour of the track along the hill of Manchester itself.
At the end you will count almost 60km and just under 2000m of ascent overall !!
