Il percorso si sviluppa seguendo la pista ciclabile che percorre il parco deviando alla ricerca di sentieri sterrati. Non è quindi consigliabile se non in MTB, se non altro per evitare forature.
Partendo dal Cimitero di Arese (ampia possibilità di parcheggio) si percorrono le piste ciclabili della cittadina fino ad entrare nel parco presso Castellazzo di Bollate. Da qui tutto il percorso è su pista o sentiero salvo qualche attraversamento. Non ci sono particolari difficoltà; in compenso si attraversano bei boschi con single track divertenti specie se fatti a velocità sostenuta. Cimitero di Arese

The route runs along the bike path that runs through the park looking for deflecting dirt paths. It is therefore not advisable except in MTB, if only to avoid punctures.
Starting from the Cemetery of Arese (ample parking) you ride the bike paths in the city until you enter the park at Castellazzo Bollate. From here the entire route is on track or trail except for some crossover. There are particular difficulties; on the other hand is through beautiful forests with single track fun especially when done at high speed. Cemetery Arese
