Parcheggio a Morgex, subito sulla destra dopo la rotonda che segna l'ingresso in paese.
Prima salita - Colle San Carlo. Su asfalto fino a 1300m, poi forestale facile fino a 1630m, forestale con tratti ripidi fino ad Arpy che include breve tratto in discesa (1690), di nuovo asfalto fino alla cima del colle (1950m).
Prima discesa - La Thuile. Su asfalto fino a 1597, quindi tratto di single track (deviazione sulla destra in corrispondenza di una curva a sinistra) fino a Thovax e poi a la Thuile (1470m) su asfalto attraverso il paese.
Seconda salita - Col di Chavannes (2590m). Mulattiera che incrocia i tornanti della strada principale su fondo accidentato ma stabile fino a 1600m, quindi strada asfaltata in cattive condizioni fino a 1900m e ampia mulattiera su fondo sempre buono fino in prossimità del colle (2530m), ultime decine di metri su sentiero con qualche passaggio a piedi per sicurezza.
Seconda discesa - Dal colle 5min a piedi su sentiero pericoloso su pietraia (S4), quindi sentiero ciclabile con qualche passaggio ostico (S2 con passaggi S3) fino al fondovalle, a seguire sentiero sempre più facile , quindi strada militare (alcuni tratti ripidi su fondo allentato) e poi asfalto dal lago di Combal (1957m) fino alla deviazione in località La Visaille (1630m), ultimo tratto su e giù su facile forestale fino a Rif Monte Bianco (1670m).
Terza salita - Prima su asfalto quindi su strada sterrata di servizio degli impianti (tratti con pendenze notevoli ma fondo sempre buono) fino a 2040m nei pressi di una seggiovia.
Terza discesa - Dapprima su strade di servizio e su piste da sci (fondo allentato e pendenze notevoli), quindi su sentiero, nella prima parte successioni di gradini e tornanti molto stretti (S3), poi più facile ma comunque con presenza di tornanti abbastanza stretti (S2/S3) fino a Dolonne (1213m).
Rientro - Su forestale e sentiero prima (qualche passaggio S2), poi su asfalto.

Autostrada Torina Aosta, uscita Morgex, seguire le indicazioni per il paese, parcheggio sulla destra subito dopo la rotonda di ingresso in paese.

Parking in Morgex, immediately on the right after the roundabout that marks the entrance to the village.
First ascent - Colle San Carlo. On the road up to 1300m, then Forestry easy to 1630m, forest with steep until Arpy which includes short downhill section (1690), new asphalt to the top of the hill (1950m).
First descent - La Thuile. On asphalt until 1597, then stretch of single track (deviation to the right at a curve to the left) until Thovax and then to La Thuile (1470m) on asphalt across the country.
Second climb - Col Chavannes (2590m). Trail that crosses the curves of the main road on a bumpy but stable up to 1600m, then asphalt road in poor condition and up to 1900m wide trail on the bottom always good to near hill (2530m), the last hundred feet of trail with some passage on foot to safety.
Second descent - From the hill 5min walk on dangerous path on stony ground (S4), and bike trail with some difficult passage (S2 and S3 steps) to the valley floor, to follow the path always easier, so the military road (some steep loose on the bottom) and then asphalt from Lake Combal (1957m) to the deviation in La Visaille (1630m), the last stretch up and down on easy forest until Ref Mont Blanc (1670m ).
Third ascent - First on asphalt then dirt road to service the plants (bottom sections with steep grades but always good) up to 2040m in the vicinity of a chairlift.
Third descent - First on service roads and on ski slopes (bottom loose and steep grades), and then on the path, in the first part sequences of steps and turns very tight (S3), then easier but with the presence of bends tight enough (S2 / S3) to Dolonne (1213m).
Return - On forest and trail before (some step S2), then on asphalt.
